Nestled in the middle of the Ashdown Forest, the Piggery is perfect for immersing yourself in the World of Pooh Bear, enjoying countryside walks, and recovering with a beer or two at one of the local country pubs. Also located close to multiple National Trust properties, the Bluebell Railway, local villages Hartfield and Forest Row, and a 15-minute drive to East Grinstead, 25-minutes to Tunbridge Wells, and 60-minutes to Brighton.

In the summer, enjoy your time on the private jetty listening to the river running by, or in the winter by the fire with the wood burner stocked up and ready to go. One double bed upstairs, with an optional double sofa bed downstairs. A stocked minibar and full kitchen also await, ready for whatever you fancy rustling up!
